OK I just moved to my band tension for my high brd lock outs last night. I like to do sets of 3 reps so I had to play around a little to get the band tension right. Ended up doing my working sets with 200 lbs of band tension. Finished up just over 600lbs including tension. My strength is coming back strong. I am starting to feel like me again.
While playing around in the beginning I putt 300 lbs of tension on and made my training partner who is relatively new to all this **** go first. The look on his face after I relased the bar was priceless.
