The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Lockouts..............

OK I just moved to my band tension for my high brd lock outs last night. I like to do sets of 3 reps so I had to play around a little to get the band tension right. Ended up doing my working sets with 200 lbs of band tension. Finished up just over 600lbs including tension. My strength is coming back strong. I am starting to feel like me again.

While playing around in the beginning I putt 300 lbs of tension on and made my training partner who is relatively new to all this **** go first. The look on his face after I relased the bar was priceless.

    Hi Rob, well done.

Do you always hold for a 3 count at the top of each rep on high board triples or only sometimes?

    Thanks Rob.

Not bench, but I did some platform stiff-legged deads with bands today. Worked up to 455 lbs + bands x 3. I really like the feel of the movement.
