    1. shoulder circuit consisting of: face pulls, straight bar front raises, band pull aparts, seated front press on stability ball, rear delt raises. 3 rounds 10 reps each
    2. purple band ligthened method close grip-8x3x315lbs
    3. purple band push downs-3x20 reps
    4. straight bar curls-100 reps

    2. Squats (raw) worked up to 420 x 4x4
    3. back raises-3x5 reps (weighted)
    4. reverse Hyps-2x10
    5. band pull throughs-2x10
    6. weighted abs(band crunches on stability ball)

    Heyyy! Strong lifts mate, those squats are BIG.

    5. biceps-85 reps
    garage gym was like a sauna.

    trying to go the the push pull APF meet on June 27th (i believe), but im going raw rather than gear. i think it's in Arlington, gotta research it
