    military press vs db arnold press

    Which do you guys prefer the military press or arnold press?

    a military press is done with feet together (at a slight angle forget the exact angle). Not very many people do this lift. They usually do overhead press and call it military.

    military- feet together, legs straight, back straight (no arching back). definitely harder. i like the strict press. its my hardest lift
