I tore my ACL just about 3 weeks ago. Obviously I haven't been able to do any leg work. Aside from the usual complaints, I'm peeved that I'm going to be starting at ground zero again with my squat and deadlifts. Not only that, the injured leg already has some obvious muscle atrophy, and my upper back doesn't have the size it did before I stopped the deads.
Oh well...at least the rest of my lifts are still on the rise...but I'm going to start to look a little top-heavy pretty soon if I don't get back to the leg work.
At least I'm not on the crutches anymore.
