    Squat Form Check

    About time I posted a squat video. Well I posted this in my journal as well but figured it couldn't hurt to post it here as well, here we go:


    I believe my knees are coming in and my head is going up which is maybe not so good. Also my hips are possibly fairly loose...well something looks shakey anyway. Anyway, any help much appreciated, cheers.

    Stats: Bodyweight : Current= 150 lbs, Height = 5ft11.5

    Bench Press:160 lbs/Squat:225 lbs,/Deadlift:305/Total:675lbs/

    Not strong yet, but getting there.

    Thats not the best angle, but depth looked good. You are definetely shaky which could be a core thing. Focus on pushing your knees out.
