I`m getting confused by various comments - which one of the following is required for a person who trains regularly ?
1. 1g of protein per kg of bodyweight ?
2. 1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight ?
3 1g of protein per POUND of bodyweight ??
is it grms / kg or grms / pound we should base our protein intake on ?

I would go with somewhere between #1 and #2.
Well I would say #1 is too low..
2-3 would be wise imo
