    Pulled 500 TODAY!

    Great PR today. My pr prior was 455 which I had not done in almost a year

    I got 455x1 then 500x1!

    equipped. I got the 455 raw. My grip just needs a little work and I'll get it raw. I've got the captains of crush trainer and #1 on their way.
