    Need critique for carb cycling plan.

    Hi all.

    My main carb sources are oats, banans, apples, brown rice, allbran and milk.
    My fat sources are peanut butter, egg yolks, bacon.
    My protein sources are whey protein, tuna, milk, meat (mostly lean).

    My high carb days are 350 carb, 260 protein and 55 fat.
    My medium days are 280 carb, 280 protein and 33 fat.
    No carb days are 80 carb, 290 protein and 115 fat.

    Im 217 pounds and would like to drop down to about 200 over the next 10-12 weeks, is that doable?

    217 to 200 in 10-12 weeks, sure.

    No carb days still have 80g. I would say that is low carb, not no carb.
    If your calories are set correctly and your losing, then cool. If not drop calories some more.
