Like I have state a few time already my squat is my worst lift and I believe it is due to my form. I round out when I hit the bottom today on my assist squats for 5/3/1 I let the bar set down farther on my back it really killed my shoulders to stretch that far BUT I noticed that I was hitting a lot better form. The problem is I can not hold a lot of weight in this position so Im not sure on were I should go from here. Should I do as much weight as I can in this form or do my work load the way I am use them do my assist work in this form until I get use to holding heaver weight? I'm pretty sure everyone is going to tell me to drop weight and get the correct form but since my squat is so low I hate to fall even father behind and suggestion would be great!
