Still trying to get my squat form down

Like I have state a few time already my squat is my worst lift and I believe it is due to my form. I round out when I hit the bottom today on my assist squats for 5/3/1 I let the bar set down farther on my back it really killed my shoulders to stretch that far BUT I noticed that I was hitting a lot better form. The problem is I can not hold a lot of weight in this position so Im not sure on were I should go from here. Should I do as much weight as I can in this form or do my work load the way I am use them do my assist work in this form until I get use to holding heaver weight? I'm pretty sure everyone is going to tell me to drop weight and get the correct form but since my squat is so low I hate to fall even father behind and suggestion would be great!

Get a video and post it. You'll get more useful info that way.

Whats you stance? i just recently switched to a wide one an the little rounding of the back i had is gone. for me low bar and close stance was ok, high bar and close stance=rounded back, wide stance with high or low bar its just perfect.

I have a wide stance. I use to go narrow but Im able to get lower with a wide stance but still round out at the bottom. Its really frustration to know what your weak point, work hard to improve be seem to not get so far or anywhere at all.

Are you keeping a tight upper body and a close hand grip? That helped me with fixing my rounding.

My rounding or 'butt winking' is not completely eliminated but it has been greatly reduced by stretching the bejeezus out of my hams, glutes and achilles.

That may be part of the problem.
