Ok guys, ive stuffed around doing bodybuilding sort of routines for quite som time and think im ready to progress to teh Texas Method...
Anyway what do you think of this plan... Just need feedback to ensure im doing it right.
WG chines 3xbw to failure
Squat 3x3 (same weight as mon)
OH press 3x5
pendlay rows 3x5
Squat 1x5 Attempt PR
Bench 1x5 attempt PR
Dead 1x5 Attempt PR
I really would like to throw in curls and skullcrushers... just not sure where!!
Also is the use of belts advised in this sort of training?
