Alright for some strange reason I felt the urge to take some straight raw weight again this week. I just did 515 then went to my chain work. I had a really good pr. I had only ever done this exercise once before about 6 weeks ago and went 385. So I hit a 50 lb pr today. I want 475 next time.

Oh yeah, I did a 24" standing box jump and then a 32" at the end of the workout just because I felt like it. Nobody thought it was a good idea which enticed me even more. I want 36" by the end of the summer. I'll make sure to video it.
