    Max Effort Bench Press

    I always post my stuff over in the pl section. I figured this is the pic and video section so why not post it here also. I'm getting ready for a meet on 8/11.

    big stuff man. how much weight is 10 chains at the top and bottom of the lift?

    Whenever I see you bench now all I can think about was at the seminar when I was holding the 1 board and I heard the barbell slip out of your hands at 765lbs.

    The chains weigh 20 pounds each. They are heavy at the top and less heavy at the bottom.
