    DE Bench *Video*

It's been a while since I posted a bench video, so I want to make sure my form is holding up. I'd like any critiques/suggestions that you guys have. I've been continuing to work on my leg drive as Travis suggested.

They were fast. You certainly live in an area with plenty of strong lifters to learn from.

This was the middle week in a straight weight wave, so we'll see if my speed holds up next week... haha, There are a lot of cock diesel dudes around here. I'm hoping that in the near future I won't be working 3 jobs so that I can train with some of them. Fortunately right now I'm able to train while working many times.

Thanks vin. I really respect your opinion, and have learned a lot from reading your log and watching video of your lifts.
