The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

From the video, looks like where Joey Smith trains. First I've seen of this guy too; very impressive.

First it's hard to tell how much of it he did. None of the spotters disengaged during the press. You can even see the handoff man tighten his grip before the bar touches the board and never relax. If he did even 500 of it that's impressive to me, but who knows. Can't tell with them all still holding the bar. Good quality video though. If he does it again with no one touching I'll be very impressed.

This one looks suspecious too. I'm not sure they are pressing anywhere near what's on the bar. Looks like an ego-fest to me.

Man that second video was bad. Why spotters don't keep their hands off the bar is beyond me. Plus bouncing off the boards like that is just sloppy

If you are so worried you can't get the weight on your own that you want your spotters to keep their hands on it, it's too much weight.

Oh my, the only thing I have to say is that it's a shame such a nice bench is being put to such poor use.
