I personally love to hit the gym early before work and i feel great the whole day and during the workout. when is your favorite time to hit the gym?

I don't hit the gym but ideally I like to train in the evenings or on a day off early afternoon.
Mornings I feel so sluggish and ******ed.

I am a lot happier throughout the day after I've lifted. Could be the hormones, could be the fact that I feel I've accomplished something. But yeah, the earlier the better.

usually around 3-5, though I've had workouts as late as 1 AM during the summer (it got very, very hot when I lived in missouri, and there I lifted in my garage). I'm downright awful in the mornings - I usually don't "wake up" until at least an hour after I'm up.

I love the feeling that you get right after the gym. It really makes the rest of the day better.
Honestly? When I'm training, all is good no matter what time it is. The gym is my sanctuary. I'm sure it sounds corny, but it's true. But to answer the question, I usually start training around 5:30 PM, and sometimes during lunch.

1pm is a good time for me to get in, crank the stereo and get some stuff done. 6pm is a great time for lifting when the powerlifting crew is in, I get really pushed around them!
Before work sucks, having to keep time blows.
Depends on what I am doing. If it's just cardio I prefer to do it nice and early, say 6-7am and get in and out.
However for heavy weights, I prefer about 5-6pm as I feel at my strongest then.

First thing in the morning. I make sure to have breakfast and lift around an hour after brekki. Otherwise i feel a bit slow and way too full for deep squats.
Late evening...come home, have a second dinner...and rack out. Sooo satisfying.

I like to work out late at night after work and everything else, bout 11pm. I do this because it gives me a mental boast knowing nearly everyone else is asleep and im pumping iron.
I lift after work. A lot of times, I'm dead from work, but I force myself to go lift anyway. Once I'm at the gym, I'm awake and into it though.
