    First time squating

Can you evaluate my squat. I can take video of any angle needed. I want to ensure that i learn the technique before i put any weight on. If anything let me know which squat looked the best(i think the first one was just getting into rhythm, but count that as #1 and so on), which one looked the worst, what i need to fix, etc...

    Thank you,

Sit back on your squats. You are not supposed to let your knees get so far out in front of your feet. The best advice I ever got for squatting was to keep your big toe up in each shoe. It will keep you back and driving through your heels.

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil
