    What are some simple pre-workouts?

I have my weight-lifting bar in my room, and i am unable to do a light lifting workout because i only have one bar and i don't want to change all the weights before every workout, but with that said, is there any warm-up i can do in my room? (e.g. pushups, or pullups would work for me, but i do not know if these exercises will warm-up my muscles as i want them to.)

do some stretching before hand but not wanting to keep changing the weights is just lazy. You should warm up to a working weight to avoid injury.

Do a full dynamic stretching routine before getting into a warm up with working weight. Change the weights on the bar, you want to get jacked dont you?

Lazy, How do you expect to get big with super high intensity workouts if you are too lazy to change out weights.

u gotta change the weights anyway, as i take it you're not squatting, deadlifting and benching the same weight.
either start changing the weights or give up

this reminds me of the old story about the guy who would drive around the gym parking lot for 20 minutes looking for the nearest parking spot and go and walk on the treadmill for an hour.
    stats:Bench: 285 goal: 305
    squat: 390 goal: 420
    dead: 405 goal: 445
    weight and height: 230, 6'2 age:18

He doesn't do those exercises...all he does is curls.
