    need bigger boobs

    what are the best ways to isolate chest alone? my arms and back grow faster than my pecs, so i look funny.

    flat db press. i do flyes first to pre-exsaust my pecs.

    i hear u man...
    my freakin arms and everything else get bigger so much faster than my chest.... it looks like im not even working out my damn chest.. sure it gets strong and solid.. but it looks the same

    heres my workout, i do change it up and switch it around often:

    mondays & some thursdays: chest and triceps

    chest: flat bench 8-10 x 3/4
    dumbell incline 8-12 x 3/4
    dumbell flies: 8-12 x 3/4
    hella dips, tricep pull overs, pushdowns, and incline ez bar presses. (got those from charles poliquin)

    we need to know what kind of reps you are doing. maybe it is because you cheat on bench and use your tri's. try a little wider grip and lower the weight a little bit and concentrate on keeping your elbows away from your body, but still post your routine so we can help you out further...

    i try to blend the best of a high rep range ( 8 - 12 ) and maximum weight.
    i definetly don't do my share of weight on the flat bench, my greatest focus is on the incline db's
    i have good form though, for all my lifts

    for increasing the size of specific muscles, it's actually better to do compound movements rather than isolation, b/c of the hormone response and all. plus, other muscles get bigger along w/ it too.

    I hate to say this, but you might not have genetics for a big chest. I know a lot of guys who are huge all over, but have small pecs and even more guys w/huge pecs and arms and really sad everything else. Genetics count for a lot. If you don't have the muscle fiber there to build, it don't matter what you do. Keep trying though because if you look at pictures of bodybuilders before they started training they bear little resemblence to what they do now. Their shapes are pretty much the same, but a WHOLE lot bigger!
