    Training clothes ?

    When I train I've been told it's a good idea to wear sport track suits that cover my body (esp.muscles) rather than wearing shorts and t-shirts.

    They say that it keeps my muscles warm therefore perform better during my workout, is this true?

    Try it out. Throw on some sweat pants and a sweat shirt and see if you like it better.
