Just a background on me.
This is my 2nd journal, as I have switched priorities and states from my first journal, but this is not my first rodeo.
My name is Young (Yes, it is my first name) so you guys are welcome to use my name if it suits you, or just use Optimum. Currently a full-time student at WashU in St. Louis, but am home in Overland Park, KS for the summer. I also play football (Middle 'Backer) for the WashU Football team (DIII woooohoooo!)
I'm currently cutting (heavily), and actually not hating it too much.
Here are some base numbers for reference:
Weight: Currently ~222 (as of 7/17)
Probably 13-17 ish % BF
All-Time PR's: (All done raw)
Bench: 360 x 1
Squat: 475 x 1
Dead: 505 x 1
Goals: Hit 215 lbs. by mid-August (~200 and below in the future) and just attain all around shredded-ness. Strength is a secondary benefit, but not the ultimate goal.
I'm currently on the BGB 4-day split, with HIIT 1-2x/week and some LISS thrown in there as well.
