Basically iv been having trouble with my right wrist ever since i upped my wrist curl weight about 3 or 4 weeks ago, i no longer do wrist curls but i still get the weakness in my wrist when doing dumbbell curls, barbell curls and bench press, i get a really uncomfortable wrist that clicks when i move it around after workout and its uncomfortable (almost painful but not quite) when i lean on it. also if i hold my right hand out and push on it with my left (kinda like a arm wrestle movement) it feels like im gonna pull it out the socket

i dont want this to slow me down so i thought about getting this:

is it a suitable wrist support for weight lifting?
