Not again until 2010. I will be competing in the 242s next year, but I am under 220 right now.

Thanks man, I think it has to do with the slight elevation the shoes put me on. Makes it easier to get my quads firing.

I'm 5'9" so my frame is a bit more compact lol. I put off another meet until 2010 because I need to buy new gear anyways and I am currently dieting. I also don't feel I will be ready for a full power meet until then.

This is so ****ing ******ed it's almost beyond belief. So, if you eat 3k, you will automatically gain 3k worth of fat or muscle? Incredible. And here I am eating all this food, yet maintaining my weight. Fascinating.

You're one of those pussies that counts his almonds I bet.

Wow. I'm not sure what's more impressive: the pull; your physique; or that you pulled that much weight in RUNNING SHOES!

There you go again Sid, deadlift freak. Great work, you'll be up to 700 if you put the mass back on. You're looking way lean and mean right now.

Fantastic pull Sidior. I sometimes pull in oly lifting shoes, as I too find it gets my quads firing. In fact I maxed out at 500lbs in oly shoes off a 35lbs plate, don't think I'd have got it barefoot from the floor.
    Once again congrats.

Thanks for the support everyone. 700 was my lifetime goal when I started strength training, it's nice to see it getting a little closer.
