    Arm vascularity discovery

    I am not sure if I am delusional or not... but ever since ive been working my grip using hand grippers ive noticed more vascularity on the opposite site of my elbow and below. I get this without the pump and is obviously more pronounced with the pump. I haven't lost any fat that I know of... my bodyweight hasnt changed really. Anyone else notice this?
    Brad08 has some insight for people who don't understand... anything.
    This is so ****ing ******ed it's almost beyond belief. So, if you eat 3k, you will automatically gain 3k worth of fat or muscle? Incredible. And here I am eating all this food, yet maintaining my weight. Fascinating.

    If you've upped the time you spend counting almonds you're bound to get increased vascularity...

    Seriously, yes I've noticed this. I think you know, just happens naturally right? You keep on pumping and then... your body adapts to supply the area with more blood so...

    I have been lifting for three years and ONLY when I have done direct forearm work has this happened. It's not like I have never used my forearms before lol.

    I am not sure. They definitely seem more dense and defined though. It's too early to know, ill get back to you in a few months. My forearms have always been small and I know they are a pain to grow... well see.
