Hi I have a problem with my lower back at times mainly after squats althrough I use good form, would a Safety bar help?
First off, wrong forum.
Second, the SSB is pretty hard on your back. It will strengthen it, it makes it harder to keep your arch.
So to answer your question you'd probably be better off with belt squats or something like that until you get things healed up.
