    Back progress, March->July 2009

    3 1/2 months back progress.

    15.03.2009: 88.4kg (194.5lbs)
    03.07.2009: 85.9kg (188.5lbs)

    At present I'm trying to cut some fat and gaining lean mass.

    Let me know what do you think.

    Definitely massive visual improvements on the 2nd and 3rd pictures, not so much on the first, though; can't tell the difference because of light and stuff.
