Although I haven't done regular grip flat bench since December 2007 when I sustained a pec injury, decided to jump into a local bench press and fitness challenge at a new gym that just opened.
The events were max bench press, 225 lbs for reps, and then a pullup / pushup conditioning challenge.
My lifts were 385 lbs max bench, 225 lbs x 20, and then 28 pullups and 49 pushups total in the challenge - alternating doing 1 & 2, 2 & 4, 3 & 6, etc. to failure.

It was a good time and maybe I will go back next year with some training under my belt and shoot for some big numbers.
