    When I do Bi's

    When I do like Straight bar or use the ez curl my elbows stick out a little. I try to keep them locked in but they always stick out a little. I feel it when I work them but people say that it will hit them more if they are locked. I try but they just wont do it. Any ideas? Thanks.

    try using less weight and concentrate more on form. Also, try and perform them whilst a partner holds them in.

    Stand against a wall. Locking your elbows tight, perform the movement, if you start to buckle out you will feel it and correct it.

    There's a product called the "Arm Blaster" It's a harness that basically looks like suspenders, but is attached to a piece of metal or plastic that is curved to fit the contour of your body. Goes across your lower back and you put your elbows against it to keep them from moving. I don't see them a lot, though.

    howbout doing them on the preacher bench?
