whats the best way to lift the barbell overhead? military or behind your head?
i usually do both, but it feels like behind the head is working me harder as when i reach failure behind my head i can usually do a few more lifts military
In front is much safer and preferable.
Both ways are good, but if you've got shoulder issues, don't do behind the head, or as mentioned above, throwing sports won't like them either.
