The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

That just looks plain weird. He looks too small and young to have that kind of muscle. To be honest, he looked better before.

Kids like this use steroids way too early and peak at 20 and never get any better. You see it all the time on the bigger bbing site. Kids come on at 20 or 21 looking like freaks, but by 25 they have hit their max.

Its easy to say that, but 70% of the pros had all of their muscle mass by the time they were 18-21 - everything then got refined etc. I've seen photos of cutler at 18 and he was JAYCKED.

That's far from true. Some of these guys are big as kids, hell they have the top 1% of 1% of genetics, but they are still getting bigger and better in their late 20's and 30's. Kids like this will top out fast.

Cutler btw is the #1 pro in the world right now, not a good example. I'm talking about amateurs who think they are going to make it as a pro and have no shot.

Probably a mix of three things.

    some very hard work
    ingredibly good genetics
    some chemical assistance

Whatever the time frame or how he got there, an incredible transformation.
