    Monday Night At Celli's

    Here is a clip of last Monday night at my gym. You will see some double ply guys, single ply, raw, a little bit of everything. Some deep squats and high squats , deadlifts, reverse band deadlifts, and some chain suspended good mornings..Hope you enjoy.

    nice vid. Looks like an awesome place to train. Strong guys there and the dude doing deadlifts is a beast.
