Here is a clip of last Monday night at my gym. You will see some double ply guys, single ply, raw, a little bit of everything. Some deep squats and high squats , deadlifts, reverse band deadlifts, and some chain suspended good mornings..Hope you enjoy.

What's the purpose of the bent bar for the squats (buffalo bar? )

go climb yours while I move mine.
We use the buffalo bar to give our shoulders a break. It is less stressful on the shoulders.
