    Westside Barbell Training

    Anyone familiar with Westside Barbell training workout routines, mainly the ones dealing with conjugate method? How does a program like WSBB compare to something like SS?

    Westside is for the advanced lifter. SS is for a beginner (someone who can progress from workout to workout).

    Try posting this in the powerlifting section, some of the guys there actually train at west side with louie.
    Bench 408 (Single Ply)
    Deadlift 507 (Belt only)
    Squat 515 (Single Ply)
