    Impossible people

Got a guy swearing up and down that it's impossible to gain 20 lbs of muscle in a year. Not only is it impossible he says, it's absurd. He won't budge, even though I've put on 38 lbs in under a year (not all muscle of course).

Oh well... some people just know everything I guess.
"There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations." --James Madison, speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, 1788

Welcome to real world. Stop caring what other people think and say, they don't care what you think and say.

Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

For me muscle building is a slow process. A pounds per week is alot.

Maybe if we use GH it can be possible.
