Got a guy swearing up and down that it's impossible to gain 20 lbs of muscle in a year. Not only is it impossible he says, it's absurd. He won't budge, even though I've put on 38 lbs in under a year (not all muscle of course).
Oh well... some people just know everything I guess.

For me muscle building is a slow process. A pounds per week is alot.
Maybe if we use GH it can be possible.
