How's my progress in a month?

Ok, my progress in 5 weeks is:

    Deads - from 90 to 110kg for 5x5
    BB Rows - from 60 to 82,5kg for 5x5
    Squats - from 72,5 to 80kg for 5x5
Pull ups - from failing to do 5x5 to doing 4x5 and 1x6
Lunges - from 40 with DB to 45kg with BB (could do 50kg though)
    Bench Press - from 55kg to 60kg
    OVP - from 37,5 to 42,5kg

Deads and BB Rows look the best. Pretty good result with squats but slow progress with BP and OVP.

I'm doing 3 day full body routine. I love it personally but wonder if it is good progress compared to others. Note that I am not newbie at this and I've been training for more than a year..
    Cheers

    Overhead Pr. 40kg 5x5

It doesn't matter what you're doing compared to others, just with yourself. You've made gains in all areas, so unless you're unhappy, I wouldn't worry. The thing to do is keep this routine going until you stall out; maybe a few small deloads here and there to help get past a hurdle, otherwise, you're making gains, so keep up the good work.

Any progress is progress, its important to remember. Look at what you have done over a year, thats the best bit!

the more progress you make the more overfeeding it take.

Thanx guys. I want to compare results because I'm interested in what works better, split or TBT. Now I'm testing TBT and it seems to give better results then 3 day split (chest/triceps, back/biceps, legs/shoulders).. While I know both works in the end, I'm interested in more efficient way of training.

Have you thought about an upper/lower split? 3 days a week. In 2 weeks, you'd do each 3 times.

Nope. What is it's advantage over TBT? I like TBT because I train legs every day (squats or lunges on different days) and my legs are skinny.
