    my 540 raw squat at 198.

    My PR. Felt good, hope to get 550 next meet. Knees came in on me a little and need to fix that and should help the squat!

    Sick squat man!
    I must say that room is quite dark for a competition! I always thought they had to be bright.
    Brad08 has some insight for people who don't understand... anything.
    This is so ****ing ******ed it's almost beyond belief. So, if you eat 3k, you will automatically gain 3k worth of fat or muscle? Incredible. And here I am eating all this food, yet maintaining my weight. Fascinating.

    You're one of those pussies that counts his almonds I bet.

    Thanks,.....

    It's not really that dark, i think mostly had to do with the recording. was taken on a regular camera....so the white balance(or whatever) probably way off

    GREAT lift! Why only shoot for 550 next meet? Is the meet super soon? Cuz you smoked that lift.

    Not sure when my next meet will be....probably like Nov. But my squat has been going up lately.

    Who knows, more may be attainable. I will have a better feel closer to it.

    My big focus now is gonna be my bench and getting my deadlift up a bit. My bench has been laging if not regressing! I was pressing around 400last summer and now struggling with 380's in meets.

    weighed in at 195.9 too. I need to not lose so much weight too, the day before!
