Here's a video of me doing a yoke walk/farmers walk medley at last night's strongman training. This is basically the first time I did farmers walk with any significant weight ( not that it's all that heavy either, I was trying to not over do it before my upcoming powerlifting meet ). Looking at the video, I think I could cut 10 seconds off my time just by being faster going between the weights. I'm really enjoying the strongman training, I wish I had more time to dedicate to it.
