What workout would you say would most make you look like this?

In order to look like this, what workout(s) would you suggest?

I'd start with a strength based routine. After building a good foundation, I'd "juice" and use some form of volume training.

A routine that has all the major compound lifts in it, and all done heavy. Eating a lot too would help.

    LOL!
Genetics and possibly steroid could play a part in this, but a lot of powerlifters can get this big after years of training just by eating and lifting heavy. Start with something basic like Starting Strength.

i know a bit about this guy, his dad is a quite similar build, just without the muscle

surely if u used steroids tho that wouldnt change ur body shape other than muscle-wise though would it? i mean u could pack on muscle but would your frame change too?

I hate when people see a guy who obviously has put in the time in the gym, and automatically yell juice. Not everyone plays baseball.

Thats because 9 times out of 10 you can tell when someone is using a lil something extra. Doesn't mean they didn't work hard but Steroid physiques usually stands out. You can always find someone who is all natural and on the same level but thats not the majority.

I made no such statement about the guy in the picture using steroids. The question is what type of routine would I use to achieve that look. I would need "juice" to get that look. I aint gonna do it naturally.
