    Some quick questions about AtLarge

    ok so im thinking about ordering some RESULTS took take before my workouts.. my two questions are should i get Nitrean or Opticen for my post workout? whats the difference between the two.. and should i also get some Creatine 500 or will i get enough creatine in the RESULTS i will be taking? if so, when would be the best time to take the creatine.. thanks for any advice!

    You don't need to take creatine with RESULTS as it provides 5g per serving.

    Opticen is specifically formulated for PWO purposes. The main difference is it has carbs to go along with the protein and the carbs promote insulin release which promotes optimal protein synthesis in the PWO environment.

    Nitrean is excellent for generalized protein supplementation.
