Thanks Coke. I messed up my deadlift weight, but no big deal. Should have done 445 but did 440. I am still happy with the effort.

I left a couple in the tank on the squats too Coke. The 405 this time around felt better than 380 the first week. Weight is consistently under 225 lbs now too.

    Bar x 5
    65 lbs x 5
    85 lbs x 3
    115 lbs x 3

    185 lbs x 8

    Bent Over Rows(GP)
    135 lbs x 10 x 2
    185 lbs x 10 x 2
    205 lbs x 10

    15 minutes of stretching.

Had to go back to back because of a wedding tomorrow. Who gets married on a Friday? Cheap ass friends of my girlfriend, thats who! (Sorry to offend anyone else who may have gotten married on a Friday or plan to in the future to save money. I understand. I just prefer to use my days off work on things I enjoye .

Rolling Saturday, deads Sunday. 470 lbs is the top set with deads. Going to give belt free a run again this week. Probably will need to wear one on the 5-3-1 week on the last set.

Thanks Coke, I was very happy with the workout. Wanted a couple more reps in the deadlift, but I left a few in the tank. Truth be told, I was fighting a turtle head after about rep 3 which really messed up the set. For a beltless set, not bad. Just rested tonight. Gonna roll tomorrow. Lifting 3 times per week now, so going to up the rolling. Fun cardio.

Squats were good, bench needs work, but getting better. One thing at a time with bench. Just helped out and stretched last night. Rolled today and stretched. Just helping out again tomorrow. Next lifting day won't be until Tuesday.

Well today didn't go too good Coke. Working on bench form. Last session my elbows weren't tucking enough. But by focusing so much on this today, things didn't work out. I have a plan in place for the next cycle. Need to go down before you can go up sometimes.

    Bench
    Bar x 10
    95 lbs x 8
    135 lbs x 6
    155 lbs x 5
    185 lbs x 3

    210 lbs x 5
    235 lbs x 3
265 lbs x 1. Attempted a second, but couldn't complete. Remember did 250 for 7 last time around.

    Bench

155 lbs x 10 x 5 sets. Focusing on form. With bench for the foreseeable future will focus on the "boring but big"

Chins- 50 total reps. These weren't too bad

    stretching for 15 minutes

Reload week next week. Going to cut back to twice a week.

    Monday- Squat/Deadlift/Oly Squat/Stiffs/Abs

    Thursday- Bench/OH Press/DB Incline/DB floor press/Rows/Chins

Accessory will just be 3 sets of 10 at a reduced weight from what I have been using. Main lifts are 40%, 50%, and 60%. Should be able to get both workouts in under an hour.
