    In 15 more weeks be back to squatting over 400 for 5, benching over 230, and dling over 460. That should take until around April. Deload when I need to and go from there.

    loving the whole body routines. Reminds me of the old school Hardgainer type routines. KISS type of routines.

    Had my last post surgery appointment on 12/10. Got the ok to slowly add weight to curls. It gets sore, but as you can see really haven't tested it yet. Will find out in the next 3 months or so. Taking it slow because everything I've read and been told about regarding this has pointed to a long re-adjustment period.
