    Yesterday as I was squatting I felt I could have pushed that set to 15 reps no problem if I wanted to, but it would also ruin the rest of the week.

    Things keep moving along nicely for sure. Thanks for checking in!
    Going back to my Tuesday, Thursda, Saturday morning set up now that the holidays are over. Frees up Friday night and really like starting the weekend with a good morning workout.

    Rearranged our apartment yesterday, so was pretty sore from moving furniture around. Completely my doing. I have to rearrange at least once per year. My girlfriend doesn't understand it, but puts up with it.

    Got really sick last night. Might have been the McDonalds I ate. In some form or another it all came back up. Didn't get more than an hour of straight sleep. Home on the couch for now. Never eating from a fast food burger place again. I know that sounds rash, but this was disgusting.

    So, going to take off the rest of the week. Why not, did 10 straight weeks I think. Might even reset my weights to start. Nothing is heavy yet, but I have a lot of time.

    Have you always been a naturally good squatter Joey? Its discouraging for me that your rehab weight is only 20 pounds from my PR(350x5) on squats lol.

    I wouldn't say so. It has been a long process, and I still have a lot of work to do with my form to really get it down. These are really light for me, but at one time were heavy. Just need to be consistent and you'll get there soon as well.

    Really no appetite Thursday or even Friday. Came back yesterday and got a good amount of food in. Felt up to it, so started the week of lifting today. Reset some of my stuff in order to work back up.

    What is the ETA on being 100%? Torn bicep seems like its no joke...definitely inspiring me to get some straps for my deadlifts.
