    John, that was a stealth squat session, but nothing gets by you. Thanks guys, I am inching towards feeling somewhat strong again.

    Press- This is a tough lift, but I enjoy training this more than the bench. Did sets of 3's again with chins in between sets.
    Bar x 10, 5

    85 x 5
    100 x 3
    120 x 1
    125 x 15

    Final set of chins I did a set of 6.

    Bent Over Rows 5/3/1 set up 220 training max, will increase to 225 next cycle
    115 x 5

    165 x 5
    185 x 3
    210 x 7

    Pushdown/Hammer Curl Superset
    70 lb stack/25's x 20 x 5
    Had to use a different stack today, hence the weight difference

    15 minutes of stretching. Getting geared for a big pull day Thursday. 18+. There I said it and now have to be held accountable for it.

    Can't wait to see how it goes. Next week I squat 300 for reps and I'm hoping for an easy 20. Well, easy on the strength and hard on the breathing.

    Good job on the pulls. My OHP sucks major ass, so I feel you when you say how much you hate it. But stick w/ the 5/3/1. I've put a good 25+lbs on my OHP since starting it over 6 months ago. Took me 7 cycles before I had to reset things, and that was mostly because I combined it w/ my DE bench day instead of doing it on its own day altogether. Its helped my raw bench though, so maybe it'll do the same thing w/ yours.

    Oooppss, sorry Byron. I think I might not have been clear, but I meant to convey that I love the oh press. I prefer training it to the bench, and I hope it does transfer over to the bench in some way. Just a fun overall lift for me. Also, am doing the juggernaut method, but using 5/3/1 percentiles and rep schemes for the bent over row after the oh press. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks for the props on the pulls!

    Where do you normally grip the bar. I use to bench with my POR along time ago. Then I went to ROR because I felt like I could use better form as far as using my lats and flaring my elbows. Then I recently switched back because..........i'm not sure why, lol.

    That is a pretty wide grip. I don't think I would feel comfortable benching that wide. When I get back to training i'm going to go back to ROR and see if I like it or maybe try MOR.

    I have a wide wingspan. We aren't talking bigtallox wide or anything, but it is close to 6' 6" I think. Certainly helps out a ton with the deadlift.

    I bench with my index on the rings and it doesn't feel wide at all lol. For OHP I use pinkies though...I can't tuck into my lats with index on the rings at all.
