    Thanks guys. I was of the mindset I should now be able to pull 600 whenever I want, but not the case yet. I appreciate the support and plan to train a little smarter next time. Still go a good amount of work in. Wasn't able to roll Saturday, but played another flag game Sunday. Lost in OT to a team in a back and forth game. The team we played has two former D1 players. Their qb plays arena and at one point in college started over a current NFL starter. After that game spend a good portion of the day cleaning and rearranging the apartment. Plan this week is bench tuesday, squat Thursday, roll Saturday, and football Sunday. Will continue to keep up with mobility and flexibility work as well.

    Good moderate workout. Friday i went in and did the elliptical for 25 minutes. Didn't kill myself, but moved pretty good. Then stretched and did some recovery things. Yesterday we had a brief flag fb practice, but ran around a bit. Then cleaned quite a bit. No rolling because my buddy's basement got messed up by the flooding. We had a game today and lost yet again. Not sure what is going on, but this isn't typical. Will head in tomorrow and get some cardio, plus maybe some jumps or something like that.

    Yesterday did a 25 minute bout on the eliptical. 10 minutes straight, then 10 minutes of interval sprinting, then another 5 minutes straight. A bit higher resistance. Then did 5 box jumps on a lower box, but want to ease into these. Need to find something higher, or just do them with weights. 5 sets of abs, and then 15 minutes stretching.

    Not bad for sure. Tonight did the eliptical hill program on resistance 15 out of 25 for 30 minutes. So didn't kill myself, but worked the legs out good. Then stretched for 15. Looks like rolling is a go for tomorrow.

    Didn't get to roll Saturday, as we had a lot of work to do in my friend's basement. Spent about 3 hours scraping glue off his concrete floor. The glue had been used for the wood flooring, which got destroyed by the flooding. Sunday I did a pretty extensive cleaning at my apartment. Tonight I hit the eliptical for 25 minutes, did box jumps, abs, and stretched. Bench tomorrow night.

    It's coming together guys. Did 30 on the elliptical on the hill program resistance 17 out of 25. Then stretched for 15 afterwards last night. This morning we got a roll on for about 45 minutes. Just really worked the smash and pass, which is very effective if you maintain posture. From passing did the typical armbar, arm triangle, and rnc work.

    595 x nope. worse than the 600 from 4 weeks ago. Going backwards in this lift and I have 2 ideas. 1 would be to just continue increasing my percentages next cycle and cut out 1 single on the 3 and 5/3/1 week. So today would have just finished with 565. Still getting good work in, especially beltless. 2 would be reset my traning max based off a 565 max, allowing for lighter weight with deads, but giving more room for 2 additional singles on those two weeks and probably as much if not more overall beltless work. Feedback would be appreciated. I am leaning towards 2 because I have done fine with meets so far pulling lighter(relatively) in training, and also have put more of an emphasis on conditioning. Plus squats are doing really good. Ok, done with the novel.
