    Brian thats exactly what I was talking about. I need to hone in on my form, because it was hunching me over later in the set. Probably felt worse than it looked.

    I meant what do your numbers look like WITH belt+wraps? Or have you never tried it?

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. Last time I wrapped my knees for squats I did 500 for 2. That was with a belt of course and out of a monolift in 2009. I usually belt up when I get in the 4's. Best squat is 525.

    485 x 3 x 2. Would have been 3 sets, but dumb me tried to be extra careful setting the weight down at the end of the set and messed my back up. I did try to loosen it up, and did 3 sets of 10 hanging leg raises, but was brutal. Slept on the floor last night. Still hurting and stayed home today. Have iced and done some things. It isnt too bad, but isn't good either. Not very happy at the moment.
