    You got that right coke. Typical Tuesday as of late. Cardio, stretching, and foam rolled when I got home. Actually used the PVC roller for a good 15 minutes. Here is what I ate today just to give an idea too.

    Breakfast
    3 extra large egglands best eggs with feta cheese, bananna, 1/2 can of pineapple, glass of v8, glass of green tea, multi, zinc, magnesium, fish oil

    Lunch
    Grilled chicken breast, baby spinach with gazebo room greek dressing, brocolli, almonds, 85% dark chocolate, pomegranate green tea

    Pre-workout
    Results

    Post workout
    Big glass of trumoo chocolate milk

    Dinner
    Grilled chicken breast, asparagus, sweet lettuce with gazebo room balsamic dressing, fish oil

    Before bed I am going to eat some cottage cheese downed with some olive oil and take my ETS.

    Wasn't thrilled about having to squat in the morning with the gym closing early for the holiday. Not a great day, but got the work in.

    Bull I train at a commercial gym here in my town. It is 5 minutes from my house and isn't really too bad.

    Right now my hamstring feels like crap and I am wondering how I will DL tomorrow. Oh, I am sure I will, but if I had to today, it would not be fun.
