    Front Squat
    235 x 3 x 2
    290 x 3 x 2
    315 x 2 x 4. Bar slipped on the 3rd set and only got 1. Re-adjusted for the final set.

    Rather than do dl from blocks did a rack deadlift below the knee. The mats were a pain in the ass to load the weight.

    How long are these training sessions taking? Are you doing them all at once in one long training session, or are you doing the AM/PM split?

    I've never seen anything like that -- doing squats first then going back to them at the end of the workout. Awesome squat numbers!

    Last night took 2 hours, but I had to work in with a guy on bench and a guy was front squatting while I did my second round of squats. I do actually talk to people at the gym between sets. If I wanted to keep a blistering pace, I would say 1 hr 20 mins to 1 hr 45 mins. Right now it is anywhere between 1 hr 35 mins and 2 hrs. All in one session.

    Do like it so far. Allows to focus on form, especially the second round in. Recovery is improving.

    It is sheiko. This is the 29 routine to get started. I plan to run some type of variation until my next projected meet on 12/1.
