    Good call on the no dieting around the holidays. I refuse to watch what I eat anytime around Thanksgiving....let alone christmas time. If its there...I eat it. lol

    I like the way you structure your workouts. Focus on the big 3, keep it simple and only do a few key accessory exercises.

    Thanks coke. Farm Aid was great, got to see most of the performances. Looks like quite a bit of it is on you tube. Neil Young Fans, check out his new song, Ramada Inn. This wasn't from the concert, as the only one I could find was just a minute of the guitar playing.

    Dropping a bit from previous weeks, but still getting the work in.

    Still some shoulder concerns, so wasn't able to do everything I could. Better than the inclines Tuesday though.

    260 x 3, 3, 4. Wanted 6 and at first it felt like it, but 4 got out of position bad. Tried 5, but had to have the spotter take it.
    Planned to do 2 sets with the slingshot, but on my first set with 285 I aborted after 1 rep. Didn't feel right

    So, thumb from smooth

    245 x 5
    235 x 6

    Half thumb from smooth
    225 x 3. Didn't feel heavy, but didn't feel good. Stopped at 3 and called it a night for pressing.

    Tricep Pushdown

    I hope so as well. I pushed training back a day to accomodate my workout partner, as they were sick. He actually decided to take the whole week off, so now wish I had not done so. Just gonna hit 4 days in a row to stay on schedule. 2 weeks until the cruise.

    I did 29 and I think 37? for 8 weeks total. Switched back to 5/3/1 for these next 3 weeks, as I am heading to Bermuda the week of 10/21. I would highly suggest giving it a go as long as there are no nagging injuries you are suffering from.
