    Mike, no major injuries. Just stupid nagging stuff since the fall. Things are going forward though.

    Nice! Consider it trading ideas, because I stole yours with the sumo GM's, lol!!! I haven't done GM's with a sumo stance in a long time, and my hamstrings are pretty sore. I'm going to keep them in the mix, I'm just going to rotate bars.

    Ok. I'm thinking about alternating a few different exercises after my SQ/DL sessions. That way I can hit other movements. I'm really leaning towards a 3 day split.

    Good job Bro! I wasn't going to do the OH work, but I decided to just do it last week. So I'm using 80% of 225 for seated shoulder presses. I know I can press more, but I'm not looking to gain strength, it's more for the muscle balancing. The strength will come, it'll take awhile, but I'm cool with that...make sense, lol?

    Thanks guys. I'm in the same boat with posting on the phone. Most of the time I am on here with it, so I don't post as much as I would like. I do keep track of everyone.

    So yesterday I woke up with congestion and a sore throat. Never really went away. Tried to push through it, but the workout was subpar

    Squats
    315 x 5
    355 x 3
    395 x 7 belt

    Deads
    345 x 5
    395 x 3
    440 x 3. Wasn't feeling it.

    Congestion messes me up when I get into higher weights and just made me feel weak overall. The positive was the weight didn't feel heavy, so can't stress too much. Not a bad day's work all things considered. Have two days off and will bench Saturday to finish off this cycle.
