    Thanks coke. Brian I have the 3 phase left after the rest of this week and next week's deload. Not gonna test absolute maxes in training. On site to do a meet on 8/17. This training will finish up 8/9. I am considering just doing openers the last week rather than a true realization, but not sure. I am going to put Deadlifts first for this last phase, so they finish up two weeks before the meet.

    I feel like I can get a good idea for openers already and then just roll with it come meet day.
