    With bench on most sets gonna do a pause at the top and at the chest. With oh press brought my grip in from pinky on ring to thumb from smooth.

    Good job at the meet, sir. You have made lots of progress since I last was here. I don't keep up, but those seems like damn good numbers for 220. Where is your bf%?

    I seem to do better using 5/3/1 and adjusting on the fly as I see fit. It is a long time of adhering to one way. Honestly Brian, I felt the strongest I have in the late summer/early fall last year doing Sheiko. I may return to that in the winter once flag football is over.

    But that's also to say I was pretty happy overall with the results of this meet. I felt I had a bit more strength than what my meet day total represented, but it wasn't bad.

    Zen Monkey, not sure what my bf% is, but around 220(more like 216 at the moment) at 6' 1" 34" waist pants are a tad big on me right now. That's not too bad I guess.

    5/3/1 for the main lifts. Upper same day, lower same day. Upper accessory work in a higher rep range, same with lower, but also do front squats 5/3/1 the second lower day.

    340 x 3. Belt. Really hammered technique and speed.

    465 x 4. 5 might have been ugly. Maybe should have adjusted the percentage to account after squatting, but good work.

    Obviously did the 3 week for squatting with some extra volume and the 5 week straight for deads. Opposite next week, but will still squat first to warm up.

    Plan looks pretty good. Using 5/3/1 for front squats is a pretty good idea, I might try doing that.

    Extensive full body stretching and shoulder dislocates. Trying to do the shoulder dislocates after each training session. Just 3 sets of 15 and trying to slowly bring the hand placement in.

    I've had many shoulder problems over the years and I do dislocates between almost every set, even when I do squats no joke. They've seriously saved my shoulders keep em up. Nice volume on the session sir.

    Plan was to do my working sets of squats with a belt to be fresher to Deadlift. So yeah, didn't do that at all. Used the belt for one set the whole workout.

    410 x 5. Belt. Tougher than it should have been, but not bad.

    385 x 1 x 6. 30 count rest between sets. First two set doh grip. Second two sets alternate mixed grip. Last two sets regular mix grip.

    Shoulder dislocates and lower stretch.
